Most Nigerian organisation are not accountable for the non-existent
customer service they provide, yet we are expected to still patronise them and
take it all lying down. We are expected to take the lackadaisical attitude and yet
pay an arm, both legs and a head. This forum give's us (the consumers) one up on them
